Finding Art Again

I've fallen out of "like" with Cage's acting for some time, but I think, as an artistic person, he's still pretty dope. So this old roundtable reminds me of when I briefly held him in very high esteem as an actor.
Freeman is a sort of statesman to me. His roles lately aren't groundbreaking, but they don't have to. Because he's Morgan Fucking Freeman.
In defense of acting as art, Nicholas Cage bestows gems and casually gives flowers to Morgan Freeman.
Seeing the conversation this morning renewed a tiny little artistic light in me. I'm not sure what it will become or if the pressures of life will blow it out again.
I hope to find an outlet to keep the flame aglow.
